We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within our return window in their original condition and packaging. Returned items must be unused and free from damage. Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, and seasonal merchandise may not be eligible for return. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn, and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
