How long will the project take?
The design process moves at whatever pace works for you. Once we have your information and measurements, most room projects can be completed in 4–8 weeks depending on availability. Custom or specialty pieces can take up to 16 weeks from order to installation. Your designer will walk you through a realistic timeline at your first consultation.
Do you provide guarantees or warranties — and what if I don't love it once it's in my home?
We have carefully curated our vendors to ensure exceptional quality. All products come with manufacturer warranties, and our claims team provides quick solutions for anything that doesn't arrive in perfect condition.
We make every effort to ensure you understand the quality and comfort of all products before ordering. In the event you're unhappy, your designer will work with you on a solution. All custom orders are final; non-custom items are returnable within seven days of final install. Our full refund policy is here.
Can I get more details on pricing?
Our design consultation is complimentary with qualifying purchases — your designer will walk you through all the details during your first session. For full-service design involving renovations, millwork, or multi-room packages, a separate hourly design fee applies. We'll provide transparent pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
