Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke furniture from Hue & Hem. If you are not, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.  

Here are the details: 

  1. Eligibility: All items are eligible for returns except the following: 

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt. 

  • Mattresses 

  • Gift Cards 

  • Custom/Special Orders including, custom rugs, upholstery, art etc. 

  • Final Sale Items 

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

  • Holiday gifts purchased between October 15 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged through January 31 with the original/gift receipt. 

  1. Return Process: Reach out to our customer service team at info@huehem.com or visit our store front for a refund or exchange. 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  1. Custom Furniture/Special Orders Notes: 

  • A 75% deposit must be paid on Custom Furniture/Special Orders. 

  • There are no refunds on Custom Furniture/Special Orders. 

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery. 

  • Custom Furniture/Special Orders lead times and delivery times are not guaranteed.
