We want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke furniture from Hue & Hem. If you are not, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.
Here are the details:

Eligibility: All items are eligible for returns except the following:

Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.

Mattresses

Gift Cards

Custom/Special Orders including, custom rugs, upholstery, art etc.

Final Sale Items

Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Holiday gifts purchased between October 15 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged through January 31 with the original/gift receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Furniture/Special Orders Notes:

A 75% deposit must be paid on Custom Furniture/Special Orders.

There are no refunds on Custom Furniture/Special Orders.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery.

Custom Furniture/Special Orders lead times and delivery times are not guaranteed.
