Description

Teak, brass and a point of view.

For those who direct their own life story, the WES Director’s Chair takes its cue from the golden age of cinema and carries it into open air. Its teakwood frame, FSC-certified and warmly grained, meets tailored sling seating in proportions that feel both composed and entirely at ease. Brushed brass–finished stainless steel accents catch the light like cufflinks at dusk, grounding heritage craft in modern clarity. From poolside pause to candlelit dining, it moves with the scene, perfectly cast for whatever unfolds.

Product Care

Your furniture is crafted from natural teak, which will gradually develop a beautiful silver-gray patina over time. This natural aging process does not affect the wood's strength or performance. To clean, use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth, then rinse thoroughly and allow the frame to air dry. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish. If you prefer to maintain the teak's original warm tone, apply a teak protector or sealer as needed, and avoid teak oils, which may cause uneven coloration. During extended periods of non-use, cover or store the furniture to help protect it from the elements. As the wood naturally adjusts to changes in temperature and humidity, small hairline cracks may develop, adding to its unique character.

The slipcover should be spot cleaned or gently hand washed using mild soap and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean to help preserve the fabric's quality and appearance.
