If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the size and shipping requirements of the item.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, final sale, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

To preserve the beauty of your artwork, dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or feather duster as needed. Avoid using water, glass cleaner, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning products directly on the artwork, as these may damage the finish, colors, or surface. Keep artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes to help prevent fading, warping, or deterioration. When moving or handling the piece, hold it securely by the frame rather than the artwork itself. For framed pieces with glass, clean the glass gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and apply cleaner to the cloth rather than directly onto the glass. Store artwork in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not on display.
