If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the size and shipping requirements of the item.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, final sale, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Address spills immediately by wiping with a dry, soft cloth. Natural stone is a porous material, and although it has been sealed, spills should be blotted promptly to minimize staining.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, ammonia or acetone as they may damage the finish.
Use coasters, trivets and placemats for protection against hot or wet items.
