If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the size and shipping requirements of the item.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, final sale, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Address spills immediately by wiping with a dry, soft cloth.

Use coasters, trivets and placemats to protect against hot or wet items.

Dust regularly with a soft, damp cloth, followed by a dry one.
Spot clean as needed with a soft cloth and mild soap.
Do not use furniture polish, chemical solvents, strong detergents or cleaners containing ammonia, bleach or abrasives.
Protect from direct sun and moonlight to prevent fading or discoloration.
Always lift and carry, do not drag when moving furniture.
Avoid direct contact between sharp objects and the surface to prevent scratching.
