If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the size and shipping requirements of the item.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, final sale, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Address spills immediately by wiping with a dry, soft cloth.

Metal surfaces are not scratch or heat-resistant, and may scuff or stain without proper care. To maintain material’s natural appearance, avoid sharp objects on surfaces. Use coasters, trivets and placemats for protection against hot or wet items.
