Return eligibility varies depending on the item. Please reach out to us before returning any large furniture piece so we can confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the size and shipping requirements of the item.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, final sale, or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Address spills immediately with a dry, soft cloth. Natural stone is a porous material, and although it has been sealed, spills should be blotted promptly to minimize staining.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to dust or spot-clean as needed. Wipe dry.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, strong detergents, furniture polish, and cleaners with bleach.
Use trivets, coasters, placemats, and adhesive felt pads to help prevent scratches.
Bluestone surfaces are not scratch- or heat-resistant, and may scuff or stain without proper care. To maintain stone’s natural appearance, avoid sharp objects on surfaces. Use coasters, trivets and placemats for protection against hot or wet items.
