Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days, while special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within our return window in their original condition and packaging. Returned items must be unused and free from damage. Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, and seasonal merchandise may not be eligible for return. Please contact our team before returning your item to receive return instructions and approval.

Handle with care when decorating, storing, and removing. Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Avoid water, cleaning solutions, and prolonged exposure to moisture. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
