Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days, while special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within our return window in their original condition and packaging. Returned items must be unused and free from damage. Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, and seasonal merchandise may not be eligible for return. Please contact our team before returning your item to receive return instructions and approval.

Keep your Township Houses looking their best by gently dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture, as these may damage the finish and decorative details. Handle with care to prevent chipping or breakage. For indoor decorative use only. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to help preserve the beauty of these seasonal accents year after year.
